People do it as a fundraiser.... make $15 for every bucket sold. I bought some from a HS Band student a few months back and although its not name brand it works well. The parent who deluvered it to me told me they sold 725 buckets, thats a nice chunk of change for a non profut.

I just looked at our Craigslist, sure enough, people selling 5 gallon buckets for $30....that's a pretty good deal

You can hide the smell of drugs using detergent. 5 gallon bucket can hold a lot of drugs and UPS/FedEx does all the heavy lifting.
That would be my guess.
