What's the trashiest fast food chain?

Having grown up in Alabama, I am tempted to say Jack's. But I can't call out Jack's, because their business model is to focus on small towns where they're the only option. Plus, a Jack's bacon cheeseburger - when freshly prepared - is about as good as a fast food burger gets. Jack's are never overly nice, but they're usually decently staffed, clean, and have reasonable clientele for the rural towns they're usually in.

You never know what you're going to get with Taco Bell.

I stopped going to Burger King years ago.

Hardee's seems like it is staffed mostly by work release inmates, but them breakfast biscuits tho.

I only go to McDonald's when my kids want to play - and only to 'select locations'.

Arby's...nah.

There's a relatively new place around Nashville that the poors seem to like (Cook Out) and their menu has super trashy options...so I guess I'll go with them. Anyone else ever been to this place?
