got the kitchen shears as a gift from a friend and LOVE them... they don't fit into my knife block, but they are really well made and do the job... the company seems kinda hokey though.

Very expensive knives, but worth it because of the quality and lifetime warrenty. You won't find another knife on the market that cuts better than the DD edges they have.

They are decent knives but far from the best around

I got a Ken Onion paring knife as a gift... that sumbitch is incredibly sharp and has the best balance I've ever felt
I've used a Ken Onion 8" Chef Knife when i worked in kitchens back in the day, it ruined every other knife since... balanced, sharp, holds its edge incredibly well, unbelievably clean cuts and looks incredible
Expensive, but worth it

They're expensive, but they are nice. I personally wouldn't buy them, but they aren't gimmicky if that makes sense.

They're great. Let me give you my son's number, out of state tuition is a bitch. Bengal Legacy program ended too soon.
In all honesty, the one with a hole in the blade is the bomb. (Cheese knife?)

Right in the middle of your two options. I inherited a set and they are nice knives. But I wouldn't pay the asking price for them. They do honor their lifetime guarantee and have replaced two of them despite being almost 30 years old now.

Received a set 7 years ago and still use them regularly.

My grandmas gave me 1 when I went to college. I left it for my brother at our college condo. I found the handle with a piece of blade a few years later in a box. Sent it back and got a new one. That warranty is legit

Bought the kitchen shears 15 years ago. They are worth the money. Fantastic quality.
Didn’t buy the knives.

I got a full set for $1200 because of who was selling them. They are really nice. Looking back, it would be fine with me to spend $200 every 10 years. It's not that important to me to have the best knives. Someone who is really knowledgeable would say you need to spend top dollar but I disagree.
