Okay. I know I am going to get hammered for this, but I deserve it.

Preworkout: Monster Zero Ultra

During workout: Water (sometimes with Mio Fit)

Postworkout: Chocolate milk mixed with Walmart Whey Protein, usually Body Fortress.

Yep, that's right. I'm using the White Trash Workout Pack.

Just eat well and be natural. All that shite will frick you up in the long run unless you're trying to compete at a major sport and get an edge.

There are only like 2 supplements you need and I stress the word "need".

Fish Oil
Multi vitamin

Now, if you wanna take a pre workout just for the energy, then Jack3d, Mr. Hyde, ON Pre workout are my 3 favorites. Just count your calories, drink a lot of water and stay away from greasy, fried foods and dairy because cheese kills lol.

The house began to pitch, the kitchen took a slitch
It landed on the wicked witch in the middle of a ditch
Which was not a healthy situation for the wicked witch
Who began to twitch, and was reduced to just a stitch
Of what was once the wicked witch!

We thank you very sweetly for doing it so neatly

You've killed her so completely,
That we thank you very sweetly

Let the joyous news be spread
The wicked, old witch at last is dead

Ding-dong the witch is dead
Which old witch? The wicked witch!
Ding-dong the wicked witch is dead
Wake up you sleepyhead
Rub your eyes, get out of bed
Wake up the wicked witch is dead
She's gone where the goblins go,
Below - Below - Below
Yo-ho, let's open up and sing and ring the bells out.
Ding Dong's the merry-oh, sing it high, sing it low
Let them know the Wicked Witch is dead!

Six Star pre is cheap and good if you're into pres. I use BPI HCL for creatine.

Try to derive everything you need from the diet as others have advised.

BCAA
DHA/EPA (fish oil)
MCT oil (blended into diet/food prep)
Creatine

The following are hard to get from diet /lifestyle in sufficient quantity

Magnesium - many forms (threonate for neurocognitive, citrate for general use)
Zinc
Vit D (2000-5000 IU/day) - these doses are higher than the current RDA of 400-600. Research into the wide ranging effects of Vit D as a general performance enhancer as it is now better understood to be (it is a hormone, not a vitamin). The dose is titrated based on your serum levels

Designs for Health has good quality fish oil and zinc supplements. The magnesium and MCT oil can have a laxative effect

Probiotics - Greek yogurt, kefir, fermented foods
