What's the longest you've gone without sleep, ie, tied one on, bender, etc?

I'm curious to see how long the party can go on for before the tank goes to e permanently.

About 36 to 40 hours I guess. I'm sure that's not too long compared to others.

with or without stimulants?
I did 40 hours awake once with stimulants. Finally I just fell asleep.

Wasn't a party, but 43 hours. I could have stayed awake for longer too. Was surprisingly coherent, alert, and awake. Had to fight myself to go to sleep.
Btw, at 43 hours if your mind is still turning and you aren't a sleep deprived zombie. When you quiet your mind and try to go to sleep, you start hearing things, and hallucinating a bit.

This past weekend at Talladega, went from 2 am Friday to 3 am Sunday morning. Finally crashed for about 6 hours before waking up and drinking and going to Sunday's race. Still havent caught up on sleep and hydration yet.

When you talk about literally WITHOUT SLEEP, as in not even a quick 10 minute doze off, I seriously dont' believe anyoen who says anythign longer than about 36 hours. I'm sure some badasses in here will say that they stayed up for 7 straight days partying on spring break, but that's bullshite.

Woke up Friday morning and went to bed Monday night. Was young and stupid working 7p-7a and wanting still have my fun. First two days weren't to bad but the last one damn near killed me. The body doesn't do well in those conditions.

all my work involves some serious circadian flips, sometimes after a point of prolonged sleep dep your adrenalin kicks in to keep you going and after that it's hard to go to sleep without taking something, we even have a sleep class built into recurrent training cycles

38.5 hours for the birth of my daughter.
Woke up at 5:30 AM on a Thursday to go to work. Wife started having contractions at 10 am. Went to hospital and was awake all night with no naps at all. Kid finally born at 3:00 PM Friday, did not sleep until family left around 8 PM.
Best and worst hours of my life.
