so you got up from the couch/bed, drove, and wrote a check (instead of swiping debit)?

that is not lazy

I did, after I replied. I haven't seen it in a while. Ralph's should have tipped me off, though.

The other night I was laying in bed about to fall asleep and I realized that I wasn't really that comfortable. I started thinking about how I'd probably be more comfortable if I rolled over to my other side... but then I just didn't feel like doing it.

I probably sat there for 3 or 4 minutes contemplating on whether or not I should adjust myself or just try to fall asleep how I was.

That's kind of depressing.

It has a happy ending though... I eventually turned over on my other side and fell soundly asleep.

The end.

I was laying on the sofa watching a game or something and was cold. Instead of trying up to grab a blanket from the other room, I stuck my legs under the seat cushions. Found a cool $1.75 to boot. But too lazy to scoop it up. Probably still there.

I got in bed one night and had forgotten to turn off the over head light. Looked at the light switch across the room and decided it wasn't worth it. Forced myself to sleep with the lights on instead of getting up.

That's why you need to keep extra pillows on the bed... so you can throw them at the light switch.

I have resigned to going back to sleep when needing to take a wicked piss. This is sober, mind you. Little fear of actually pissing myself.

A couple weekends ago, my dog was covered in mud. Instead of hosing him down or giving me him a bath, I just threw him in the pool.

every time i leave my phone or remote somewhere nearby, i try to use my jedi mind powers to get it... until someone around me sees my focused look, outreached arm, gets the hint, and just hands it to me.

Another lazy thing I do:

The copier/printer is literally 3 feet from my desk (and I have a rolling desk chair). I'll frequently print stuff out and wait until the next person uses the copier and ask them to hand me my papers.
