When dealing with morning traffic if I were to hit either Kenner or the causeway at approx 6:45am?

TIA

What part of the city are you going to and what time do you have to be there?

I can't imagine that it would be quicker from the Causeway Toll Plaza to the I-10 Causeway interchange, than from the Loyola Blvd exit. Traffic stacks up on I-10 in Kenner and Metairie, but it's got to be quicker than taking the Causeway.

If Causeway vs I-55 is really only 4 miles longer, I'm changing my answer!

I-10 to 55 north. I drive it everyday, only traffic you may hit is where 10 and 610 merge in Nola if you are on the 610 side.

Almost always a cop or two on 55. You can go 70 with traffic on i10 (slow down when getting on the spillway around the 310 split) ... I55 has some cops around the corners, they won't pull you over unless you are going 77+

Are you on the road yet? I would be already there.
Good luck with your clinicals.

Unnecessary at that time of day. Not to mention you're leaving out a few steps
