It seems they're in my face a ton lately bing hailed as the latest super food. I guess pomegranate and acai berry are so 2015. Has anybody incorporated beet juice into their diet and noticed any benefits?

It's a push by Big Beet to become relevant. They've really been hurting since the mid 80s. My uncle is a beet farmer and his kids probably won't get much for Christmas this year.
