What's a good non-whey protein powder

I don't digest whey protein well. What's a good whey substitute??

Most people who are Lac int use soy. It's cheap & not great but it'll get the job done. havent really had to deal with it much so soy was always my go to recommendation. it's an option, may be better ones out there

You cant just eat more protein in your diet? If not egg protein or a plant protein blend like pea and hemp.

Pea protein & brown rice protein...f that. I forgot about eggs. They started bottling that shite. That would be my 2nd choice. What's that egg protein that comes in a Clorox jug that's gotten so popular?

I'm a lactard, I had trouble with most whey powders too
I tried egg, rice, soy etc and never got good results
my bitch stomach can handle whey factors brand well though, very low lactose
I hear good things about biochem too
