Likes - mostly nice people, good fishing nearby, family is mostly here, decent gun laws

Hates - it's hot, ugly terrain, culcha, crime, traffic, corruption, shitty schools, high insurance rates, hurricanes

Dammit. I'm moving.

like:
the food
LSU sports
friendly people
catholic culture
party/festival culture
the mild winters
proximity to the beach
proximity to New Orleans
proximity to family/SO's family

hate:
the ridiculously hot and humid 6 months of the year
floods
how small the "young professional" bar drinking crowd is
the traffic
the schools
the crime
the corruption
the trashy a-holes who ruin everything for everyone
how lame Mardi Gras is outside of the Spanish Town Parade
the mosquitoes
the hurricanes
how fat everyone is
how small the original music scene is
the lack of white collar jobs for recent grads
the low development density and lack of street connectivity of most of the non-crime ridden portions of the city
the mediocre police department
