I generally skip Mondays. Of course I have a few Friday through Sunday, so I give my body the night off on Monday unless it was a really shittacular Monday. Tuesday and Wednesday, just depends. My wife has something going on Tuesday nights at our house this summer so I usually take the kids somewhere for a couple of hours. Wednesday it is either as soon as I walk in the door or as soon as I'm done in the garden. Tonight will be burgers and beer, followed by ice cream and bourbon. Thursday, who knows. Depends on what's going on with the family.

I usually have a few beers starting about 6-7:00. Unless I had a really shitty day, then I'll make it a Jack and 7.

If I go home for lunch, I'll usually pour a 4 oz glass of beer to go with my food. Otherwise I'll pour one not soon after walking in the door after work, which can vary from 5 to 10 on weekdays.
