I cook for my wife's family who is majority liberal and Jewish. She is a coonass from Lyons point and 10 years later I still haven't figured out the family dynamic. Anyway I always start early because of the liberal and Jewish thing. We are eating for lunch this year which means I'll start drinking around 6am when I start browning the meat
