It's always the grossest diapers that end up in parking lots. Not simple poops, but disgusting mixes of baby shite and vomit - that looks like its been microwaved - exploding from its seams.
I say make them swim a mile in a pool filled with said dirty diapers. The kicker is they probably can't swim...

I have seen no less than 5 dirty diapers discarded in a parking lots in the last 7 months. I think it makes a difference where you shop. Carter's/Oshkosh and Walmart for sure. I actually ran over one in the car one day and had to drive through a car wash to make sure nothing got flung onto the undercarriage. Death might be too severe for the first offense.
