What parish has the most all-around good people?

Gotta go with good ole Plaquemines Parish. Everyone I've met from there, no matter what race, have been good people.

I know a couple of movers/shakers from Plaquemines. They're good folk but the fix is most certainly always in there.

Lafayette Parish is OK as well.
