Have to pick a local charity to give a speech about at LSU for a class. What should I pick? We donate money to the charity that has the best speech.

How local is local? RAMissing People (Resource Association for Missing People) was started by Charlie Shunick, who is from Lafayette but lives elsewhere in Louisiana.
