Had mine checked today and it was 152/76. Lady said it wasn't good. What are some tips to help me lower my BP?

See a doctor. When was the last time you saw one?

I've heard too much trolling on message boards can raise it.

I know that lowering sodium intake is the most common thing I've seen. Mine is just slightly above normal, so I haven't really looked into it.

Cut the sodium and caffeine from your diet.

3-4 years if I had to guess.

I feel fine. No headaches or anything like that.

Yeah Ive thought about that.

Any tips to speed the process up or should I keep the same lifestyle?

Should I blow my brains out, hang myself? What about jumping in front of a car?

You have hypertension. You need to see Doctor.

Reduce salt, caffeine and alcohol. Walk daily. Lose weight.

I would still recommend seeing your doctor. A lot of things could be causing/contributing to the high BP.

I rarely drink anymore. Haven't had a caffeinated drink in 3 weeks. I do eat a good amount of fast food.

I run 7-10 miles a week.

Sounds awful. Might as well just die.
