What Is The Worst Parenting You Ever Witnessed?

There is this guy I know, who has two kids... His daughter is 12, 13... somewhere around there and a son who is about 5 or 6. We have several friends in common, but are not close friends.. Anyway, there are times when some of our friends have get togethers... This particular guy and his wife brings their kids and the young one is a hateful little bastard, he does mean shite to the other kids and they are always coming tell on him. And every time, the kid's dad will just laugh and say some shite like "that lil son of a bitch gets himself in trouble all the time. One day someone will teach him a lesson and slap him"..

His daughter is the only kid her age, she is probably 3 or 4 years older than the next older kid so she doesn't have any kids to hang around so she stays by her mother.. Her mother rarely talks and always has the goofy arse smile on her face, but the daughter will join in on adult conversations.

On several occasions people have said something to the dude, but it didn't do anything. In a group of 6 couples, there are two that invite this dude and they haven't invited him the last few times, but for some reason he was invited at the most recent get together.. And his kid tried to get into the thing you keep a baby in, while the baby was in it.. Like it was all of a sudden, he started to sit on the baby and lay back, but the dad of the baby took the kid and just threw him to the side.. It was funny as hell because the kid hit the floor and had this mad face like he wanted to fight, but just took off running. I am pretty sure the kid will end up in jail and daughter will probably get pregnant at 16 and have a few more by the time she is 20.. And it would all be mainly due to the fact their parents are horrible at parenting.
