I would say Florida, but Florida is not South. In fact, Florida is not anywhere, anyhow, anything. It is in its own singular category of trash, the Untouchable of untouchables.

To be fair, the people of Mississippi did a great job last week handling the funerals of the HPD officers. The Northern officers were very impressed with the turnout of people and the way they were treated during the week.

Degeneracy means a decline in accepted moral standards and behavior. This means there was once a state of moral standards and behavior in said locations. If I were to take someone from say 1915, and show them the South of 2015, there would be no doubt in their mind that Miami has to lead in degeneracy followed by New Orleans, so Florida and Louisiana would lead. Of course Miami would be something totally new and New Orleans may be expected since it had a reputation of vice. But the state of New Orleans today would likely cause the New Orleanians of one hundred years ago to burn the whole thing down, if they knew how the city "degenerated".

Every place has some craziness but Florida is the most god awful place. The shite that goes on down there it needs to fall off the US and sink into the Gulf.
