Planning to sell ours this spring...just hope the budget problems don't act as a "wet blanket" on the BR real estate market. I'll be happy with a 60-day listing period...not going in with a low price. Buying a house in Seattle where the market is crazy hot and a big time seller's market. Average home prices about 3X that in BR.

Less than two weeks doing it for sale by owner with no realtors on the buyers side either. Got $30k more than what we paid for it 3 yrs before.
