What is the etiquette on a "get out of jail free" from official (read story)

Classic story. I live in Chattanooga, TN, town of 175,000...which is in Hamilton County, population 336,000.
Late (8 pm-ish) knock on the door about a month ago. I don't have peep hole and couldn't see out of the blinds. I come out front, from my back door (just in case of trouble) and am flashed a badge saying, "Hi, Hamilton County Sheriff's Office. I'm not here on official police business, I just wanted let you know everything was okay." He proceeds to point to a car with a flat in the driveway of my neighbor's house, who had just moved away days ago. I can see a woman next to the car. He says his wife just flattened the tire on a pothole up the road. He asked if he could leave the car there while he pulled the tire off to get fixed in the morning. He gives me a business card from Hamilton County Sheriff's Office with his name and title as the Chaplain. I'll leave the name out of this for a touch of anonymity.
At this point, I realize I don't know when my neighbor's are coming back, but I have more than enough room in my driveway and that he should pull in there so we could look at it. He says the car has no spare. I grab my floor jack, jack stands, and 4 way socket. I help him take it off the car, he is on his way and says it'll be morning before he can get it fixed and back on. I say no problem, take your time, it's no problem. My wife and I would be at work all next day, so it wouldn't be in my way.
I go to work in the morning and arrive later in the day, car is gone, jack stand and all is set neatly next to the garage door. There is a thank you letter on the door typed out expressing his gratitude of how much I was able to accommodate and be helpful. In the letter it states this paraphrase (sorry, letter is at my house now and I am at work):
"Although I can't offer much please take this get out of jail free card" and it has a picture of the classic Monopoly card on it.
My question is, is this of any real value...not in the big sense, but say something as simple as a traffic stop for speeding by a county deputy. Would this actually be something worth casually showing the deputy or would it get completely laughed at by the deputy and my dog shot?
Thanks. Feels a silly thing to ask, but that is what the OT is for anyway.

I'm not sure what a monopoly get of jail free card from a chaplain is worth, but it'd probably be worth a shot if you got a ticket sometime.

CSB
You should drink a 5th of whiskey and go peel out around town

I would imagine you could straight up murder someone and use that card to get off.
I mean an official policeman gave it to you with no explanation.
