What is the best advice you have ever been given?

I was really drunk one time and at a bar in Memphis. I had evidently pissed off a gang member. I challenged him to a dance off and of course won (I was dub stepping before it was a thing). A girl that thought I was hot told me I needed to leave because her friend in the gang told her they were going to kick my arse. She said the gang was waiting for me outside. I had a really cool members only jacket that I sold to some dude that wanted before I left. As me and the lady walked by they were pushing the guy around in the alley. I thanked her all night long.
