What hierarchy do you use for positive adjectives

I get confused sometimes. Obviously "perfect" is top and "ok" is baseline.

But then I hear people say stuff like this:
"You know, this is terrific, but that was simply fantastic. It reminds me of that totally wonderful thing you should look at."

Do you have a personal hierarchy?

These adjectives may vary in degree of positivity, but what's more important is the nuances in their meaning.

Terrific is awe-inducing.
Fantastic suggests imagination.
Wonderful invokes wonder or joy.

Awe, joy, and imagination are three very different things.

Where do "dope" and "bomb arse" fall in your hierarchy?

I don't give praise it promotes mediocrity and consistency in result. Keep people hungry for approval.

I use in order of severity

Garbage
Atrocious
Abomination

To be as irritating as is necessary in our modern vernacular you have to say "BEYOND ah-meeehhhhh-ziiing" using the proper Kardashian dunce drawl.

No hierarchy; you use the same descriptive for winning the lottery as you would for a bowl of cereal.
