What happened to our cat appreciation thread?

What kind of self respecting admin deletes a perfectly good cat appreciation thread? The people loved it. It had more upvotes (11) than downvotes (10) when I went to bed at around 1230. Everyone was getting along in there, so unless something drastically changed after I went to sleep, it was a completely uncalled for deletion.
I know most people on this site are afraid of a little equality, but this is just egregious. Bring back the cat thread. It's not just what the people want, it's what they need

Cats are just as cool if not cooler than dogs. Much less effort but pretty much all the rewards. You just have to train your cat to not be a bitch.

I'm not kidding I have three new kittens in my house right now. Born on July 29th. I'm keeping two I just need to find a home for the third. All male.

The only one we haven't found a home for is the orange tabby. Kind of feel bad for him because he's the most chill and nicest of the bunch.

CSB: my wife's cat has killed and brought us two bunnies in the last week, which is pretty heart breaking cause bunnies are cute. She asked me to make it not do that so I grabbed it and screamed at in it my best Bale Batman voice "where are the rest of the bunnies??!! Where are they?!?!"

tell your wife that it was a gift from the cat and that she should be appreciative. I know telling a female to be appreciative of something someone else did for them is a tough concept for them to grasp, though. So, if that doesnt work, just post pics of her here
