What five people do you pick to run your own country, why?

You have just come into 500 billion, a minor sum for an OT baller, but you have a desire to run a small south American country.
You buy the officials, you have mercenaries, the army is loyal to you.
Who do you pick to help you run it?
I'm going benevolent dictatorship with a voting cabinet. The dictator maintains supreme control, but he allows his appointees to vote.
I go with:
George W. Bush: the political connections.
My wife: she AlWAYS sees the good in people, but can shut it all down and be extremely rational if the situation calls for it.
A guy I went to high school with: he's a certified genius, did two tours in afghanistan, majored in international politics, and has two purple hearts.
Helle Thorning-Schmidt: leader of denmark, social democrat, there because we need a different perspective.
Henry Kissinger: at 92 years old, he is still the most brilliant political mind the world has ever seen. He's a hawk, and he's not to be crossed.

Unless you use the 500 billion to exploit the natural resources of the third world country and artificially inflate the standard of living so you are loved by the populous.
Use the democrat model with a republican mindset. Hi, I intend to enslave you through socialism while simultaneously exploiting the population for labor and political gains. One country becomes two. Two becomes three. The south american continent is ripe for unity.
