Need to get a new pair soon, my current set is in bad shape. I looked at BestBuy online and there was much more variety than expected. Don't mind paying, but still want a good value. Want something that stays in my ears, drives me nuts when they fall out.

I got the beats head phones that wrap around your ears...the one you see LeBron wearing in the commercial....

Love them.

Etymotic HF5

Those are supposed to be the best for iPhone or iPod without any headphone "amp". They are 100.00 on Amazon.

The only ones that don't hurt my ears are the apple ear buds. I must have a weird shaped ear

None, every earbud that I have ever owned falls out of my ear within 30 seconds. I can't imagine working out with them

My iphone earbuds were perfect.

Just got a new Galaxy S5 though and the earbuds with them are horrible. Can't run or even rerack weights without them coming out.

You should try the ones that wrap over your ears and behind your head. Tension keeps them from falling out easily and you can get a decent pair to try for a good price.

yurbuds

ETA: they are specifically designed to not fall out of your ear while running or exercising (made for people training for the Ironman), they are comfortable, and they allow in a bit of ambient noise to keep you from getting run over while running outside. The last feature is a bit of a double edged sword. It's great for running in a quiet gym or outdoors, but if you go to a gym that plays music, you get a little interference from the outside noise. But that's true with most set of headphones that aren't noise cancelling or dampening (e.g. skullcandy ink'd).

I have a pair of Sennheiser OCX 685i headphones that I have been satisfied with.

Current ones I use are the set that came with my iPhone, they are falling apart. The light gray rubber ring around them is peeling off, and one of them sounds a little fuzzy, I'm guessing the sweat is taking effect. This is the 2nd pair of iPhone earbuds I've basically ruined over time. They work OK but I'm willing to pay a little more for something that may hold up better.
