The most amazing thing about that is at the bottom you think it's night, but when they get up high, you see it's just the smog.

Think it was two different "climbs", pimp... First time up was at night and then they went back for the real climb during the day. Just my observation, I may be wrong.

Having a little experience climbing structures, nothing near this extreme going up is the easy part. Coming down really makes your a-hole clinch not knowing if you footing is okay.

Ah to be young and stupid. I bet in 20 years these kids will be like man that was Dumb. One false move and you have about a minute or two to think about your life then splat!

So you think Shanghai is in perpetual darkness because of smog? it was daytime at the beginning of the video.
I think they climbed in the middle of the night and probably screwed around a good bit by the time they got up there the sun was rising.

Correct. Sneak in, late at night 3 am or so. Take your time..going up 2,000 ft doesn't happen very quickly by using stairs and/or climbing through construction. Day break hits and it's light out, now you can climb the scary stuff.

Yeah dudes are total squares. Any common OT'er would have scaled it than BASE jumped down like a true boss. Damn Russians.
