Half way through the book Natchez Burning. Just finished an advance copy of Deadline by John Sandford. He may be my favorite author.

Essentially, it's the story of growth of the Los Angeles underworld, as lead by Bugsy Siegel/Mickey Cohen, and their ongoing battle w/Sheriff Bill Parker.

It's very interesting if you like mob stuff.
