Multi-task. When I worked at a fast food restaurant in high school and college, women were much better at working drive-thru headset, which is pretty crazy at a busy restaurant.
I eventually was good, but I was one of the only guys, and some girls could pick it up right away. Guys would just freeze up. Making drinks, desserts, restocking, and taking orders all at once was just too much.

2. handle pain (such as in childbirth)
3. better english scores in standardized tests
4. more conscientious workers in classroom, family, jobs
5. less violent (cause less death and suffering)
6. better communicators
7. able to more freely express emotion
8. more empathetic
You can't look at history as a gauge of gender equality because women have not been given the same opportunities by men. Also history is mainly written by men. Basically, the only clear advantage us men have is that we are on average stronger and bigger and more violent. So are gorillas.

This statistic is skewed because over half the violence occurred due to a woman or involved a woman.

Women are more limber and are better at sports that require extreme flexibility. They are also more naturally graceful and most people would much rather watch women's gymnastics/figure skating, etc.
