Have you tried anal? Great way to rid the body of tension by dominating another.

I know this is the OT and it's full of cool-bro-retards, but I am sure you know alcohol increases anxiety. Exercise is a great anxiety and stress reliever. Meditation in the morning, even for just 5 minutes, helps also.
Just sit in a quiet place and settle your mind before starting the day. There are plenty of guided meditation apps as well but to start just try being quiet and still.

Weed? Is that the answer you're looking for?

I've always found that lifting weights/running to blow off some steam has alleviated my anxiety flare ups

i work out anywhere from 47 to 52 mins/day, run 12-15 miles/week and do yoga 2x/week. of the three, i'd probably rank yoga at the top when it comes to keeping me balanced.

Smoke a joint. Go swimming.

I find anxiety rises anytime I'm doing less than I am capable of at work. It's like the rot sets in.
Making tomorrow's to-do list at the end of the day then knockng it out when I get in, helps tremendously.
Throw in daily exercise and Asian massage and you've got pure gold, Jerry.

Exercise. Prayer. Breathe.

and/or look up scripture that addresses anxiety and fear, if you're Christian. It made a difference for me years ago to take some verses (Philippians 4:6-7) for example and put them up on my dash and bathroom mirror, etc... as a daily reminder. Good luck, man. Anxiety sucks.

I too suffer from anxiety and find these things, in combination with each other, work the best:
1. Exercise regularly (this will help with #2)
2. Sleep more (don’t watch TV in bed)
3. To-do lists – Keeping track of what I have going on in organized form is very helpful
4. Sex/Wanking it
5. Some weed and a 2 fingers of scotch after bed

I've dealt with it for years, taken every medication there is. Even worked my way into MAOIs. There's plenty of meditation/hypnotherapy vids on YouTube that can help, and as others have said, exercise. "Runner's high" can have the same effect as a Xanax and it also helps you think more clearly, which in turn helps you solve problems, plan ahead, etc. Do a quick meditation vid as soon as you wake up and when you have free time, take a lap...or 5

Jesus.
Seriously, I had severe anxiety pop up out of the blue about 8 years ago that I could not shake until I focused my life on My purpose for existing again.
