What are some customized must haves when building new homes?

Going to do house plans this weekend and have ideas of what we want but are always open to new ideas of what other people are doing for their new home. If the OT can send pics so I can have a better idea of what you have. Any advice, ideas and pics are greatly appreciated. Thanks

Make half of the fricking bathroom a shower.
Like a wet head in a boat except in a big nice arse room where you turn the water on and the whole fricking room is like a monsoon.
If you ever decide to sell the house, some poor bastards wife will make him pay $50k extra for that.

Hall bathroom at the front of the house with a window facing the street. You'll fell like a boss as you wave at your neighbors while taking a dump.

This question is way too broad. Depends on your lifestyle and what you want.
But we just built, drew plans from scratch. Can definitely attest real stairs to attic--I all but demanded it and glad they found a place for it. It's so convenient.

High quality in wall/ceiling speakers
Multiple audio zones
Gas range
Tankless hot water heaters
Make sure gas and power come into your house next to each other (for a whole home generator)
Setup plumbing, gas, power, etc for outdoor kitchen
Get full house remote control/alarm for remote control of alarm, HVAC, cameras, etc
High quality in wall/ceiling speakers
