I hear a lot of people pronouce the New Orleans street "Grave-ee-er," and I'm pretty sure it's "Grahv-ee-ay". That's about all I have.

Every phrase coming out of my mouth is wrong up here in quebec this week. I've given up on anything besides bonjour and merci.

People in New Orleans pronounce Conti like "kon-tie." Come on guys, y'all are of French descent.

Speaking of streets.....

Carondelet.

I've heard some people pronounce "douche" like dush.

My favorite one of all time though, I no shite had an uncle, whilst reading a bottle of wine's label at my parents house - just some random bottle laying out on the kitchen/bar area - say the words "ka-ber-net sa-vick-non"
