In America, I guess it would depend on the circumstances within the day, but from my experience, San Francisco was ok, but most of the time, I am not looking at women, because I am preoccupied with other things, or I'm simply too tired to care.
Internationally, Incheon (If you are into asians, as I am.) is where it's at, no doubt.

I've been through Phoenix several times and they have some that "slutty" talent everywhere. Women that look like they read at a 3rd grade level but frick like Rhodes Scholars.

Once you get outside of America, especially in Asia, where they don't have equal opportunity employment restrictions, the flight attendants get pretty smoking. Korean Air, Asiana, and Japan Airlines...

Agreed. The best flight attendants are the ones your throw a $20 and get stuff drinks the whole flight.
