iPad mini will have 7.85" 4:3 screen. Almost 6x as big as an iPhone and 40% bigger than 7" Android tablets.
So? What purpose does that serve? People loved phones with nice screens. Then companies came out with pads, which were basically identical to phones (except maybe for the ability to call on most of them) but with larger screens, and people ate those things up. "OMG I have to get the new ___pad." Well now it's literally the exact same thing, just in a size that's in between phones and larger pads.
When Samsung releases a 7" Galaxy Tab why aren't you saying "isn't that just a Galaxy Note?" which at this point is only 1.5" smaller.
I don't keep up with this shit, that's why. If I had seen that, I'd have said the exact same thing.
I don't blame the companies for making/selling these things, because people will buy them regardless. BUt people are idiots...Apple fanboys and Samsung fanboys alike. Rest assured, I laugh at all of you equally.
