Went into Academy the other day and god do I feel for their employees

Haven't gone in there in awhile, decided to stop in and kill some time, whatever. Well I went over to their footwear section and customers were tearing that shite up. Throwing stuff everywhere, taking shoes out of boxes and leaving them laying around, putting boxes on the floor and just walking away. It was like a zoo in there.

Academy workers are some of the most useless people you will encounter at a retail store, followed closely by auto zone

Idk, the dude who helped me knew a lot and was pretty helpful. Wouldn't shock me if there were some useless ones though, every store has them.

I'd probably say yes, but then again I stopped going into GNC once I found bodybuilding.com. SOOOOOOOOO much better.

I worked part time in the shoe department K-mart back in high school.
It was easily the worst job I've ever had.
You spend the entire time straightening the shoes and pairing up shoes that made their way around the store somehow...only to have to start right back over because everyone went behind you and fricked it all up again.
When you finish, you start all over again and repeat until your shift is over.
It was a nightmare.

I've never had issues there and their prices/service are usually a lot better than Dicks, Bass Pro or Cabelas.
The shoe dept in Bass Pro has got to be the single worst shoe department in the history of shoe departments. I don't think anyone really works in there at all.

I worked in the footwear department the spring semester my freshman year at LSU. It was the most miserable experience of my life. The way you described the customers is a pretty accurate observation of the daily crap I dealt with back then. It made me swear to never work in retail again in my life.
