Yes about 10 minutes ago. it happens multiple times a day, doesnt matter the board and if I refresh or reclick on the board it reverts back to my customized order

This. Fix that and it's basically no different than it was, and no longer horrible, except a bit smaller font.

This just happened to me 3 times, browsing around I got the full list, then mine, then the full list, then mine again just clicking through forums.
It's my main issue now that i fixed that font prob.
I'd much rather the ad banners under the forum menu and the right side being expanded.

I just spent 20 minutes attempting to adjust the formating on my phone's browser to try to make desktop mode as useable as the old version.
