I was going to see if I could get a trim and no such luck. How is it there is not a salon nor a barber in an airport this large? Weird.

There is one, you just didn't look hard enough. Went through there a few weeks ago and got cleaned up by this guy...

Maybe they close on Sunday?

Just sit at the bar and drink like a normal person stuck in an airport.

People watching, man people don't know how to dress, most are fat and many look genuinely suicidal.

Does Hartsfield still have those awful smoking lounges?

Came through this morning...yes they do.
However, they do also have Popeyes breakfast, so I can tolerate the smoking rooms a little more

In 1974, at the ATL airport, a man was cut on the neck and bled to death while getting his haircut and a fresh shave. After that they banned barber shops in all the airports that don't have them,

There's a wonderful tiny little Popeye's at ATL, the folks who work there are a significantly positive departure from the usual Popeye's employees.

Is this true? I've eaten at that Popeye's but don't remember anything of it.
Because as a rule employees at Hartsfield are a significantly negative departure from normal employees anywhere.

ATL went to shite when they let Southwest start flying there. Now you get all their slob passengers.

Seems like they wouldn't get that much business. I would imagine rent for an airport business space wouldn't be worth opening one there.
