Anything worth doing is with doing right. Don't half arse it watching shite reality TV, free up that treadmill for someone who wants to be there.

I think the show can be a wake up call and a motivation. Fitness can be achieved at any weight.

It seems unreal that people weigh over 600 lbs but I don't believe that this is done on purpose with a healthy mind. This man, James, has lost weight since the show was filmed. Sometimes fear is the greatest motivator but eating 10,000 calories is certainly abnormal. The brain is the greatest creation. Sometimes it is hard to understand the pain that goes along with trying to find comfort in an addiction.
