Quick washer toss game ruling:
We play washer toss with 3 holes, scoring 1, 3 and 5. Must go to 21 and score exactly 21 points. If you go over, you go back to 13. If team A throws first and scores 21 and team B throws and gets 21, who wins? Is there a tie breaker?

both go back to 13 (but, we always went back to 11 when someone went over 21)

The round doesn't count and both go back to where they were before the previous throw

it's possible that they were thrown in two separate holes to make 21 for each, though.

First to 21 wins. If first player gets 21, 2nd player must cover one of the first players scores or loose.
