Was the mass Houston "Kush" overdose discussed yesterday?

Apparently 15-20 homeless turds smoked synthetic marijuana yesterday and got a "bad" batch. All these homeless live in a park (lovely) near the medical center. So hospitals in the medical center were infested with stupidity.
Who called 911? What had to happen to make a passing motorist look at crazy homeless folks and say "damn, they need help today?"
Do police and ambulance crews attempt to capture all 18 (last number I heard) while they are tweaking? Or does it make more sense to wait for each to collapse? Then take them in?
What a shitshow that must have been. Glad I am out in the burbs.

A large pen should be thrown up. Piles of synthetic weed placed in the middle. Cameras placed all around, and results televised. I'd watch that shite before American Ninja warrior.

Pretty sure I saw one of them yesterday while running around Hermann. He was on a bench on the side of the track between #3 green and Cambridge/Macgregor. I've see this bum on this same bench before and he's usually passed out sitting up, but he was hunched over yesterday. Wouldn't mind it if he was gone.

A few Muzzies were arrested yesterday. Actually more than a few for having 9 fricking tons of it.
