Btw my biggest side effect was a stuffy nose. It got to be really annoying because it's hard to kiss my girl if I have to breathe through my mouth. I ended up getting some Afrin nasal spray and it does the job at keeping my nose clear. If any of you have the same problem, give Afrin a try.

Yep.
Saline nose spray unless you want to become dependent on nose spray to breathe. Anytime I've used Afrin I've had to go through a week of stuffy/dry nose to stop using it, so it kinda defeats the purpose.

OK...tried another place a few weeks ago as Evolution's stuff did nothing for me at all. Didn't even get any of the side effects.
Found a place called All American Peptides. Theirs comes in capsule form...bit more expensive but no questions regarding dosage.
For me at least these did the trick from working really well to even better. I take one Monday/Wednesday/Friday. Did have a good deal of lower back pain the first week but that went away...but it sucked pretty bad the first few days...like kept me up at night for a couple of days. No nasal congestion or anything else at all. Other than that, shipping was really fast and other than the weirdness of getting 40 blue capsules in a tiny bag in the mail, they've done great.
Just a suggestion for anyone like me who didn't seem to get the liquid stuff do do any good.
