Very Brutal Police Beating- a la Rodney King style

Wow, all while he is on the ground.
Can't some of these TPOS police just do their job? This criminal will get paid with a hefty settlement.

Yeah. Cops were tpos and should be punished/jailed.
But again, I am 100% sure this will never happen to me because Im not a dumbass that would put myself in a situation like this.

People will be going to jail over this but I have to ask: Why edit the video to jump like that? What happened at the breaks?

it was a mounted security cam with breaks. No editing.
