Very bright light in Kenner shining to the west

Was headed to NO airport yesterday morning. Driving east along I-10 there was a very bright light,brighter than i've ever seen that was randomly shining towards the west. It looked like a spotlight but i'm almost positive nobody would have one shining that low.
This was south of the interstate.
Appeared to be coming from the area around the Ochsner medical center.
Has anyone else seen this?

There's a guy on the I-10 N Service Rd near Dorignac's that has a search light. Don't know if he had it on yesterday though.

frick, i'm turned around. It is North of the interstate between the lake and the Interstate

Ochsner in Jefferson is south of the interstate, Ochsner in Kenner is well north of it.

There is an Ochsner Medical Center in Kenner which is North of I-10 that you can see from I-10..
there is also the main Ochsner in Jefferson south of I-10 wich is pretty far away from both I-10 and the airport...
you probably saw the light coming from the Kenner campus north of I-10

i was assuming it might have been a light for the helipad at the medical center but it was too sporadic and way brighter than any light for oncoming aircraft would have needed.
