Venetian or Palazzo?

Venetian is a bit cheaper.

It's the same hotel. Rooms should be the same, just palazzo is newer. I like Palazzo only because it's about 5 minutes less walking time to the poker room in the casino because the elevators are right there

Have stayed in both, same room layout, though the room at Palazzo was just a hair nicer but you are a few steps farther from everything in the Venetian complex. How much more $$?

Venetian rooms were redone about the time of palazzo opening. But the P is still a tad nicer. All the marble in bathrooms is newer and they have a TV in the mirror in the bathroom.
