yes bring her flowers but don't act too mushy (she is at work) try and put something together that is a mixture of different flowers. Just Roses (or any one flower) is not very creative. A lot of stores have someone who will help you put them together. Don't go to big since it is a new relationship.

Don't over-do it. Don't over-think it. Go small, classy, and from the heart. Just a small bouquet of 2 red roses, one white, and one pink with a card that lets her know you're thinking of her + her favorite "not every day" candy. Make sure the card is goofy and not sappy.
Going "big" on your first Valentines Day is just setting yourself up for failure later on.
