Has anyone dealt with this as a seller?

The usps website mentions a refund but I think it's talking about of postage, which I didn't pay for. Will I be able to get my money back?

Yes i have. USPS is awful. But every time it's happened the package was coming from amazon and they sent out a replacement item immediately.

I've never had to deal with USPS directly. Good luck with that shite.

Yeah, seems like the sender should take this up with the delivery company.

I'm confused, were you the seller? Why would a seller get money back? Especially if you didn't pay for postage?

What does the up to $100 insurance included mean?

You can request they track it down. I've had to do this. It took a few weeks but they did refund me.

You cant start a claim if you're not the shipper. You need to call the company you purchased from. It's their obligation to get the product to you and they didn't. I assume a refund is in order. Unless you agreed to FOB shipment terms and took full liability yourself which I highly doubt.

I refuse to use USPS anymore. They are god awful. Hope it works out but I've had people get stuff shipped to the wrong address and they claim it went to the right one and refused to give money back. Even went to the address and the lady said she didn't have it. fricking scam.

I see that quite a bit. Get in touch with the seller, they should send you another item. There is a chance, it may still be delivered, but I wouldn't hold my breath.

I'm shocked at the restraint the OT has this morning.

Paige starts a post about not receiving a package and it's met with seriousness...

Currently in transit, will it not be delivered today?
Is skillet buying your underwear again?
How terrible must the staff at a Ruston post office be?

More questions than answers here...

Yes, I sold a necklace through poshmark. They provide a pre-paid shipping label.

My funds aren't being released because it hasn't been delivered

I'm not sure about the $100 thing

USPS? All I can say is good luck and Godspeed. Those bastards are the bane of package delivery existence.

As said, contact the company first and see what they can do for you because USPS is just going to give you the run around.

Now I understand. I'd look into the $100 insurance as well, may be another avenue.

Dealt with USPS last week as website stated the package was delivered and it wasn't. Filled out a claim form online and got a phone call the next day. USPS stated it was delivered on my street according to the truck gps. They sent an investigator out a day later and retrieved my package, opened, from someone on my street. They would not tell me who it was though.
