used car selling point: previous owner being an old Asian couple

I have been looking to buy a used car for a couple weeks now and almost every salesperson bring up it was previously owned by an old Asian couple. Is this a sales tactic or are Asians good with cars?

haha, Half the cars I don't even see. They tell me about the car then add at the end it was owned by an Asian couple.
