I know sickos can be really bold, but it would seem bold and stupid for someone to try and take a child on foot in broad daylight on a busy street.

Yeah, there was a lot of foot and vehicular traffic in those videos. FQ is pretty busy all the time.

What are some of the great attractions and restaurants a person like you enjoys in Nola?
Just curious also if you've ever been to Nola and done stuff other than stumble up and down Bourbon.

Lived there and had a duplex there off magazine for years season ticket holder of Saints for 17 yrs. Been to every fine restraunt in the town, more than any can count. Had a boathouse down West End, and my great friend has a home in Old Metairie (now for sale). My other bought Cage's home years ago.

I've covered the area and lived the life there...no biggie...sorry calling it a shithole and an undesirable place to raise children bothers some.

This missing girl is a microcosm of so many factors that make it that way.

Not only is it a perfect trap for criminals, their breeding ground is literally a block away. The rest of the city is a democratic rundown crumbling wasteland. The only thing holding it together is the stolen FEMA 2 billion that was used to rebuild it's underground water system, which BTW, FEMA is suing to get that money back because the system was shitty before Katrina and shouldn't fall on FEMA s dime. Sure, there are some fantastic places in New Orleans that we all adore and the world loves. And it's great to visit about every other year while praying you don't get mugged or make a wrong turn. I don't know where this guy works. But to not take 5 minutes to go meet your daughter at a bus stop and not have her walk alone on the worst street in LA, is a crime all on its own!

You know next to nothing about New Orleans. Please stop spewing your ignorant bullshite.

We have no idea as to why she is missing. She may have run away.

Go on driving your anti-NOLA agenda.

I live in NOLA, the worst parts to me are taxes and lack of infrastructure.

What was your boathouse addy? We may know some of the same people. I keep my boat in Orleans Marina, a 5 minute walk from my house.

BTW: how much did Cage's house sell for?

Why would you and your friends invest so much time and money in such a shithole?

Sounds like you and your friends are a bunch of dumbasses.

Cage had 2 houses in nola that both went to auction for failure to pay property taxes and were both bought by Regions Bank.

Which house did your friend buy from the bank?

I enjoy trolling New Orleans people as much as the next guy, but unfortunately there are sick perverts everywhere that are looking for an opportunity. This is not a NOLA issue.

Just hope the girl is found and it's not worst case scenario.

This whole scenario seems a bit off to me. I wonder if she showed up for school, as there is no mention of faculty, fellow students or bus drivers being questioned, after noting that she is last seen by family at 8:15. I think the most perplexing thing is that she traveled that far without having a cell phone.

Is there any explanation why she was walking down the street and avoiding the sidewalks on either side?

From somebody who is not in NO LA, please give us an update on the girl. This is a fathers nightmare and you guys are arguing about the demographics of the city.
