I'm continually amazed at posters on this site and how they justify these murders. Blows my mind.

So did the guy have a suspended license? If so, why? Why was he driving? If it wasn't suspended, why not give the cop your license or come right out and tell him that you left it at home?

Why did he shut the door on the cop? Why was he trying to start the car? To run? Why run if you're some innocent person?

See, if the dumb frick had just been following the LAW to begin with, he'd still be alive.

Cop deserves charges, but the dead fellow started the whole chain of events by not being the citizen that is expected of all of us.

All true. So arrest him. But don't shoot him in the head.

No, it's typically a pre-requisite to not get shot by a cop.

I am in the wrong profession then. If I become a cop, will you do everything I tell you to do? If you don't, then I get to shoot you, right?

i wouldnt recommend throwing a car in gear and hitting the gas while an officer is at the window, that is assault with deadly weapon. The officer has a right to protect himself. All i can say is if you want to act like a hard arse when an officer has you pulled over for breaking the law, be prepared to get treated like one.

BTW- we lead the world in both police killings and prison population. Think about that for a moment. China and North Korea kill and imprison less people than we do. You don't see a problem. Makes sense.

Don't have to think about it. When you combine our demographics with our freedoms, this is the result.

At this point it seems very obvious that some cops are looking for an excuse to execute people.

It is a tough job, but campus police officers don't typically go through the things beat cops go through

With the players on the U of Cincinnati's football and basketball teams the past several years, I would bet those cops have seen some pretty significant criminal activity on campus.

Here is what you all that are defending him not getting:

We aren't really arguing that he should have complied, we are just saying there are other means of handling the situation than shooting him in the head. Seriously, was shooting him in the head his only option?

Huh? When we're talking about .000182% of the population, it's a non issue.

so if that's a non issue, shouldn't .00658% of all cops getting shot also be one?

You would have been officer material in the SS or Gestapo.

What's obvious is that many of you have lived somewhat sheltered lives and haven't had daily interaction with these dregs of society on a daily basis.

Disobedience will not be tolerated. Think of it as this guy taking one for the team.

Some just don't care. They hide behind "if y'all were polite to LEO's...", then you wouldn't get killed. Either they are ignorant, racist or simply don't care [maybe a combo of all three].

How excited were you when you heard there was another video of a cop shooting a black guy?

It's not an issue. They put their life on the line for shitty pay and know the risks associated with the profession.
