1. Horrible procedure by the cop going to the ground with the one dude while there are all those people around. Put himself at a ton of risk and had his gun hanging out for anyone that wanted to grab it. Short of that kid having just murdered someone right there, the juice was not worth the squeeze. Should have just cornered him and waited on other officers.
2. When are police going to give up on the "I have to take your phone as evidence" bullshite? The SCOTUS and just about every other court has ruled on this. You want my property? Get a warrant. I am a pretty pro LE guy but no way I am handing over my phone. That is one of the few times they would legit have to arrest me to get it.

The other guys in the video said, "you know what he is being arrested for, yall were in a fight." I doubt they both get off with about 100 witnesses that just watched a guy on house arrest get into a fight.
