Jon Jones is the only guy who I think is unbeatable. Too bad he's too much of an idiot for us to know how good he actually is.

If you remember when UFC first started, it was 400+lb. sumo wrestlers vs. black belts. It was the true ultimate fighting championship and was awesome.
Now its nothing but a bunch of Monster energy douche bags wearing tight undies, hugging each other on the ground.
They have gone away from the original purpose of the sport and basically turned it into a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competition.

Agree with you to an extent. the athletes and fighters are better trained all around fighters than ever before. that's why there is so much turnover in being champion.
Here is where Dana White and company are going wrong; don't push a fighter on us. don't rush them to the top and create marketing empires with them. They have done this with McGregor and Rousey.

UFC peaked around 2007 for me. I've lost interest ever since.

Not only that they had a tournament every night. Your first fight might be 5 minutes (no rounds). Then you had had another 30 minute fight. Lots of guys couldn't make it to their extra fight because they were worn out ot just tired.
Now they fight a few 5 minute rounds and take 3 months off between fights.

I know some people on the MSB claim there is unlimited talent, but it just seems like after watching for a year or two and seeing every decent matchup, the sport becomes a bit boring to watch.

UFC is extremely boring. There are too many damn events. Make one big event every few months and stack the cards

It got away from what made it great. There used to not be weight classes and different styles of fighting were represented. They would search out the best of the best from different arts to represent in the ring. It was a no padded fight that barely had any rules.
Now its just a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu match run by the white Don King (Dana White).
